I live outside of the U.S., will you still ship to me?
Yes, we ship worldwide! 

Can international orders be returned?
At this time, we do not accept international returns.

When will I receive my order?
Alison James Co. items will be shipped within 7-10 business days for order processing time and 2-3 business days shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your items have shipped. All international orders may take an additional day for processing. Thank you for your patience!

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! All customers will receive tracking details once order has shipped.

Tracking shows my order was delivered, but I did not receive it.
Any lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. In this case, you will need to contact the carrier with your tracking information to file a missing package claim.

Do you offer exchanges?
Due to the high volume of orders at this time items returned are unable to be exchanged and can be returned for a refund only.

 

Can I return multiple items? 
Yes, as long as all items are listed on a single label. If multiple labels are created the items must be shipped back with their corresponding labels. 

 

Can I return an online purchase in-store?
No, online purchases cannot be returned in store at this time.

 

My return was delivered, when will I receive my refund?
Once your return is inspected, a refund will be issued. This process can take up to 7-10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows “Delivered”.

How often do you restock items?
At this time we cannot say which items will be restocked or when they will be. Be on the lookout for restock updates on our social media! 

Can I combine my orders?
At this time we are unable to combine shipments once an order is placed. 

Do you offer price adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustment on promotions.
